Lewes are pleased to announce that Adam Drew, former Head of Recruitment at Concord Rangers, has joined Tony Russell's management team. Adam's background at all levels of the non-league game means he has an extensive knowledge of players and clubs, and will be vital as the Rooks look to build their squad through the 2021/22 season.

Adam was previously Maldon & Tiptree, Heybridge Swifts and most recent Concord Rangers, where he helped those clubs build squads that achieved Playoffs, FA Cup 1st Round appearances, and in the case of Concord Rangers, an appearance at Wembley for the FA Trophy Final in May this year.

“I am excited about the challenge ahead. From leaving Concord Rangers I didn't really want to drop down a level, but after a few meetings with clubs at Step 2 I didn’t feel they was right for me. After meeting the Gaffa (Tony) and Vinesie for over 4 hours and then learning about the long term ambition of the club from Stuart, I felt it was an opportunity that I couldn’t turn down at Lewes. Hopefully between us all we can all put this great club on the map again and hope to bring the smiles back on supporters faces."

The club welcomes Adam and looks forward to his knowledge and expertise in Non-League football will bring benefit to us.
