Lewes Football Club are recruiting for three new administrative roles as part of the club's growth on and off the pitch. All three roles are part-time, and the successful candidates will become part of the back office that supports our First Teams and Pathway organisation.

Role 1 - Safeguarding and Welfare Officer - To provide leadership, management and implementation of the Club’s safeguarding strategy, policy and procedures and implement policies and protocols to ensure a safe, healthy environment for all.

Role 2 - Pathway Co-ordinator - To coordinate the Lewes FC boys and girls pathway teams, ensuring integration and cohesion across the teams and within the club and community, providing administrative support to coaches and supporting performance.

Role 3 - Human Resources Manager - To manage Lewes FC’s expanding human resources requirements.
