THIS Sunday is Tidy-The-Pan Day! Volunteers required...

Football restarts in September with the FA Women's Championship and, hopefully, not long after that, men's football too. We need a tidy-up!

Can you help at the Pan this Sunday?

In readiness for the new season, a team of dedicated volunteers have been working away at the ground giving the place we call home a facelift and general tidy up. A great deal of progress has been made but they now need your help to jump the final hurdle.

This Sunday 19th July we will be holding an action day from 10am to 4pm and we would be hugely appreciative if you can offer help for some or all of the day.

The plan for the day is

- Paint the fencing at the entrance to the ground and the new fencing installed at the Ham Lane end of the ground (some experience of painting would be preferable and if you can bring a brush even better!)

- Clear weeds along the Mountfield Road bank. We have limited tools on site so please bring along a spade or hoe if you can

-General clearance of rubbish and tidying and reorganising storage areas

- Spring cleaning the Beach Huts

All of the above will be undertaken in line with current government guidance on social distancing and we have hand washing and hand sanitising facilities on site. If you can help with your time to get us ‘match fit’ for the new season, please email matchsec@lewesfc.com ASAP so we have an indication of the number of people on site and can manage the work.
