Ever thought about getting yourself feeling fit through the wonderful medium of football?
Lewes FC has a series of programmes to improve your physical and mental well-being:
A drop in session every Friday at 8pm for men and women, catering for adult beginners and people who have played before.
Football Therapy is a Mental Well-Being session that runs on Thursdays between 7-8pm. Each session has a qualified coach and a qualified support worker, so you can turn up and just play football and also talk to someone confidentially about anything.
For women-only. Every Tuesday between noon and 1:30pm on the Lewes 3G all-weather pitch. The sessions are drop-in so you can just come along and see if it suits you or get more details at email@example.com
If you want to help your Club on match days or behind the scenes generally, come and join the merry band of volunteers who give their time and skills to make match days run smoothly, and keep the Pan safe and shipshape in between matches.
