Football Therapy is a Mental Well-Being session that is supported by the Southdon Housing and Sussex County FA.
Each session has a qualified coach and a peer to peer support worker, so you can turn up and just play football, have a talk with a support worker, if you like, who can help sign post you in the right direction for help OR do both! We also have a team that competes in the Pan Disability League.
This is a really informal, fun session.
